From Schiphol Airport:
Take the train to Amsterdam CS (central station), around €3,10 for a ticket (one way) and a 10 minute ride.

From Amstel Train Station:
Take the train to Amsterdam Central Station!

From Amsterdam Central Station:
Take exit "Centrum" and just follow all the people walking straight ahead to a big street called "Damrak". It will take you about 5 minutes to reach the famous “Dam Square”, which is –obviously- a big square. On your left you will see monument with some lion statues guarding it. Behind the monument on the right side of hotel “Krasnapolsky” enter the “Dam Street” and after a minute or so turn left on the canal “Oudezijds Voorburgwal” (don’t try to pronounce it). You will see the big The Bulldog sign welcoming you already. Please do not go to the coffeeshop first and then check in, it makes things so much more complicated…

By Car:
Better to park your car outside the City ring at P+R Zeeburg Parking (A10 exit S114). You can park your car for a low fee of 6,00 euro per 24 hours and you will get a free 24 hour public transport ticket (up to 5 people).

To get to the city centre: Tram 26 will take you to Central Station within 15 minutes, The Bulldog Hotel is situated on walking distance from Central Station.
